Refund policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Tropicology. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Please contact us via WhatsApp at 242-812-1753 within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your name and order number. We'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items - If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. 

Returns & Exchanges - Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used. Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for exchange at our discretion.

Refunds We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where an item is confirmed damaged or incorrectly sent. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or via the original payment method.

PayPal refunds may take up to 21 days to process due to PayPal's own policies — this is outside of our control.

Bank transfer payments over $30 and partial deposits are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

After 7 days We are unable to consider return or refund requests made more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.
